The Future Global Leaders Program (FGLP) – Global Scholars Admission offers TEN scholarships to qualified applicants from non-OECD countries. The scholarship offers approximately $27,000 for two years of study in Master’s programs in Applied Life Science, Pharmacy, Materials Engineering and Convergence Technology, and Veterinary Medicine at GNU. Upon graduation, scholars may have opportunities to pursue Ph.D. programs or commence their careers in Korea. This scholarship program is available to international students who have completed or will complete their undergraduate studies by August 2023.
To be eligible for the FGLP scholarship, applicants must meet specific admission requirements. These include demonstrating English proficiency by presenting valid scores on recognized language tests such as TOEFL (PBT 530, CBT 197, iBT 71), IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2, TEPS 600 (New TEPS 327), or providing a document issued by their home university as proof of English proficiency if the applicant holds the nationality of a country that uses English as their mother tongue or official language. The application period is open from February 27 to March 17, 2023. Applicants are required to prepare required documents in PDF format and submit them to oiec@gnu.ac.kr by email.
