As Indonesia is very prone to natural disasters, it is very important to have sufficient knowledge on how to mitigate and to overcome problems that may arise, and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has developed a Master Program in Natural Disaster, i.e., Master of Engineering in Natural Disaster Management (MTPBA).
Erasmus+ supports higher education institutions in making their teaching and learning even more relevant to students and better tailored to societal needs and pave the way for innovative ways of delivering education.
The Curriculum Enhancement for MTPBA started with mapping the course planning sheet, by identifying the competency based on Taxonomy Bloom’s. The identification is then followed with the analysis of expected Competency that should be achieved by the students prior to their graduation from the program.

- Total number of credits: 125 credits (175 ECTS)
After being informed of Enhance Taxonomy, the Erasmus+ Enhance team disseminate it to the lecturers and students, including incorporating it into the new curriculum.
