To apply for the scholarship, applicants must submit soft copy of completed application (Excel format only) together with the scanned copy of endorsement letter (by Sending Institution) to AUN/SEED-Net by E-mail: phdsin@aun-seed.net. Applicants are advised to study the Implementation Guideline in order to submit online application and supporting documents to Singaporean Universities.

We are pleased to inform you that the following research grants of JFY2016 are now open for applications:
- Collaborative Research with Industry (CRI) – maximum of $50,000 per project with counter budget from industrial partner
- Collaborative Research for Common Regional Issues (CRC) – maximum of $50,000 per project
- Collaborative Research for Alumni (CRA) – maximum of $25,000 per project
- Research Fellowship (RF) – covering air tickets, daily allowance, and accommodation
- All four programs are open for faculty members.
- The deadline for applications is November 15th, 2015.
- The award announcement is in February, 2016.

Sejak penandatanganan MoU antara FT UGM dan Ehime University, Japan pada tahun 2013, FT UGM bekerjasama dengan Ehime University, Jepang mengadakan kegiatan pertukaran mahasiswa selama 1 bulan. Pada tahun ini, merupakan tahun ke-2 bagi Fakultas Teknik UGM dalam menyelenggarakan Student Exchange Program FT UGM-Ehime University, Jepang. FT UGM menerima sebanyak 16 mahasiswa Ehime University, Jepang yang akan belajar di 3 Departemen yaitu Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi, Departemen Teknik Mesin dan Industri dan Departemen Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan selama 1 bulan mulai 1-29 September 2015 dan akan mengirimkan 20 mahasiswa ke Ehime University pada bulan November 2015.
