- Target Peserta 50 orang dengan fasilitas : materi, snack, makan siang dan sertifikat*
- Peserta diminta mendaftar dengan mengisi form konfirmasi kehadiran yang dapat diunduh di web, lalu dikumpulkan kembali ke bagian kemahasiswaan, paling lambat tanggal 15 Oktober 2015 pukul 16.00 WIB (setelah diparaf/ ditandatangani oleh pengurus jurusan, untuk diketahui pengurus jurusan)
- Peserta dimohon dapat hadir 15 menit lebih awal dari waktu pelaksanaan, sehingga Pukul 08.00 WIB pintu sudah ditutup, dan tidak ada lagi yang keluar masuk sampai acara ini selesai (kecuali ke toilet).
- Pengumuman Daftar Peserta yang berhak mengikuti kegiatan ini, akan diumumkan di web FT UGM pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2015.
- Apabila peserta ingin membatalkan keikutsertaannya dalam kegiatan ini, mohon dapat konfirmasi sebelumnya ke Bagian Kemahasiswaan (Ibu Rita Kurniawaty) atau ke Biro Dekan (Ibu Indha Lesmanawati).

Pursuant to the 3rd ASEAN Student Leaders Forum (ASLF) 2014 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, the meeting agreed to continue ASLF as an annual gathering of student leaders of AUN Member Universities and to change the Vice Presidents on Student Affairs’ Meeting to AUN Student Affairs Meeting (AUN-SAM). AUN-SAM will be the support structure for the discussions, agreements, and collaborative projects that will be proposed by the student leaders in the ASLF. It was agreed that ASLF will be organised in parallel with AUN-SAM.

We are pleased to inform you that the following research grants of JFY2016 are now open for applications:
- Collaborative Research with Industry (CRI) – maximum of $50,000 per project with counter budget from industrial partner
- Collaborative Research for Common Regional Issues (CRC) – maximum of $50,000 per project
- Collaborative Research for Alumni (CRA) – maximum of $25,000 per project
- Research Fellowship (RF) – covering air tickets, daily allowance, and accommodation
- All four programs are open for faculty members.
- The deadline for applications is November 15th, 2015.
- The award announcement is in February, 2016.
