The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of Gadjah Mada University in collaboration with AUN/SEED-NET and JICA proudly present the 2015 Regional Conference on Energy Engineering (RCEnE) in conjunction with 7th International Conference of Thermofluids (THERMOFLUID). RCEnE provides a global platform to bring together researchers, scientists, academics, policy makers and professionals to exchange information and identify research needs in the areas of energy engineering. The annual THERMOFLUID focuses on the fields of fluid and thermal engineering and sciences. Conjoining these two conferences creates a forum for knowledge sharing of a wealth of information in both fundamental and applied sciences.
This joint conference with the topic of “The Development of Energy Efficient and Energy Harvesting Technologies for a Sustainable Future” will be held on November 19 -20, 2015 at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The role of energy engineering continues to be key in development of new technologies from fuel cells, micro-power generation, graphene low cost touchscreens, etc. Often, there is an necessity for multi-disciplinary interaction.
Topics will cover :
• Energy Conversion
• Energy Management and Policy
• Automotive Engineering
• Energy Efficiency
• Fluid Dynamics
• Phase Change
• Fluid Structure Interaction
• Energy Harvesting Systems
• Multiphase Flow
• Electrical Smart Grids and Microgrids
• Photovoltaics
• Environmental Engineering
• Biofuels
• Renewable Energy
• Aerospace Engineering
• Heat and Mass transfer
RCEnE/THERMOFLUID also provide a unique forum for interdisciplinary researchers from different countries and communities to exchange ideas and devise novel solutions and concepts.
