Author Guidelines

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit their full papers in English through the EDAS platform. All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous review process for an acceptance decision. Accepted authors will be invited to give an oral presentation at the conference, and their manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Paper Format

Manuscripts should be between 10 to 15 pages in length, including references, figures, and tables. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts adhere to the required styles, fonts, and formatting as specified in the provided template. By submitting, authors agree to reformat their papers to comply with any future updates to the submission template.

All papers submitted to ICOMIT 2025 must be prepared using the official template for the Springer Information Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) book series:


Review Criteria

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

  • Originality
  • Methodology
  • Ethical compliance
  • Clarity of results
  • Strength of conclusions

Note: Reviewers are not responsible for detailed copyediting or language corrections.

Conference Policies

  • Peer Review: Double-blind method to ensure anonymity.
  • Reviewer Selection: Based on expertise. Author-suggested reviewers may or may not be used.
  • No-Show Policy: Non-presented papers will be excluded from final proceedings.
  • Dual Submission: Prohibited. Identical or similar work under review elsewhere will be rejected.
  • Ethics: Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Use of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) must be disclosed and justified as part of the experimental process.
  • Withdrawal & Blacklisting: Withdrawn papers after review may result in future submission restrictions.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds for paid registrations tied to withdrawn papers.

Submission Instructions

  • Remove author names from manuscript for double-blind review. Use "Author" and year in citations.
  • Remove personal metadata from Microsoft Office files before submitting:
    File > Save As > Tools > Remove personal information on save.
  • Ensure all URLs in the manuscript are clickable and accessible.
