America Indonesia Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) announced that Fulbright Scholarship Program is now open for all graduate students to continue pursuing Master’s and Doctoral degree.
The general requirements for all programs are listed below:
* leadership qualities
* a good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures
* a demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
* a willingness to return to Indonesia upon completion of the Fulbright program
Fulbright Master’s Degree program general requirements:
* a Bachelor’s (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
* a minimum ITP score of 550
Fulbright Master of Science & Technology Initiative Degree Program
Preference will be given to applicants who serve as faculty members of state and private institutions of higher education in Indonesia. However, all qualified individuals are eligible to apply:
* a Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a similar field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
* a minimum ITP score of 550
Fulbright-Freeport Master’s Degree
Fulbright grants for Master’s are available to Papuan residents in the following fields: Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Public Health, Business and related field:
* ID card (KTP) from Papua
* a Bachelor’s (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* a demonstrated commitment to the development and service of Papua
* a minimum ITP score of 525
Ph.D. Programs
Fulbright Presidential Scholarship Program (Ph.D. Program)
This open competition is for applicants who serve or plan to serve as faculty members of state or private institutions of higher education in Indonesia. Applicants will possess:
* a Master’s degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
* a determination to take up academic positions in higher education upon their return
* a minimum ITP score of 575. A score of 550 will be considered for certain fields
International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for Ph.D.
This scholarship offers 40 awards to be competed worldwide for Ph.D. study at top U.S. institutions in science, technology, or engineering for the 2012-2013 academic year. All qualified individuals are eligible to apply:
* a Bachelor’s (S1) and/or Master’s degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* undergraduate students who will complete the degree before August 1, 2011 may apply
* a minimum ITP score of 580 at the time of application
* a minimum GRE quantitative score of 700 (GRE test will be required if selected)
