Theme of Seatuc 2025: Technology-Driven Innovations For A Sustainable And Resilient Society

The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is an active member of a consortium of technical universities in Southeast Asia known as SEATUC (South East Asia Technical University Consortium). This academic collaboration in the fields of Science and Technology was established by Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2007. The consortium’s membership consists of leading technical universities from five countries in Southeast Asia: from Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB); from Malaysia, the University of Technology Malaysia; from Thailand, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and Suranaree University of Technology (SUT); and from Vietnam, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). read more
