GRADUATE ENGINEER PROGRAM (GEP) for SUPPLY CHAIN DEPARTMENT (SC)
Requirements :

1. Degree in Industrial / Electrical / Electronic Engineering with minimum Grade Point Average (GPA is 3.00 scale of 4.00)
2. Having knowledge in Shortage and Excess Follow Up, Analyze Inventory level & Safety Stock and Supplier Management will be an advantage.
3. Having knowledge to ensure On Time Delivery to Customer, to ensure and monitoring production performance as following, to communicate with customer (global) on customer needs and delivery schedule, develop production plan based on line capacity & customer priority is an advantage.
4. Having knowledge in SAP system (MM Module) is an advantage.

GRADUATE ENGINEER PROGRAM (GEP) for QUALITY DEPARTMENT (QC)
Requirements :

1. Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with min GPA 3.0.
2. Good and strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), 8D Problem Solving and FMEA methodology
3. Having knowledge in 6 Sigma or equivalent is preferred for continuous improvement project
4. Able to communication in English both oral and written, demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance and having positive attitude.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
1.    The candidate must have good command in English both verbal and writting, and knowledge in French is a plus
2.    The candidate must have strong interpersonal skill with ability to work as part of team, fast learner and having positive attitute
3.    Having leadership skill, good motivation and WILLING TO STAY IN BATAM
