PROCESS ENGINEER (PE-06)
Responsible for evaluation of material, equipment upgrades and parameters for the purpose ofimproving yield, cycle time and quality. Develop processes and provide engineering support to manufacturing. Conduct troubleshooting of process shortcomings, and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material, Physics, Physics Engineering, Chemistry

TEST ENGINEER (TE – 06)
Responsible for new product transfer and start up using ATE tester. Implement test programs and test hardware improvements to enhance product sort and final test yield and product PPM. Perform electrical failure analysis to resolve test/ product issues.
• Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering or Instrumentations

PROGRAMMER (SA – 06)
Responsible for development, implementation, maintenance and support application software which covered Business Planning, Supply Management & Logistic, Finance & Human Resources, Manufacturing & Shop Floor, Quality Systems
• Graduates from D3/ S1 Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics.
• For D3 graduates, minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Familiar with VB Programming, SQL database will be an advantage

TECHNICAL BUYER (TB – 06)
Responsible for identifying potential vendors, negotiating with vendors and assuring the continuation of supply of spare parts, tools, dies and ESD equipment
• Graduates from S1 Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with good negotiation skill and able to interpret a technical drawing are required. Some knowledge of tools and component of electronics pneumatic equipment will be an advantage.

CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS-06)
Responsible for coordinating Customer needs. To respond completely to customer requests and other related issues. To interface with Sales Group on Customer’s related issues.

• Graduates from any Engineering major, English Lecture, possessing strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in customer service, consumer goods or logistic management will be an advantage

General Requirements :
Graduates from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.8 , Maximum age 28 years Fluent in English both oral and written, High Self Motivated, Persistent, Team Work Player and Able to work under pressure.
