On Wednesday, April 12th 2017, UPHI FoE UGM held an international students lunch event. The event was held in Bulaksumur G-12. This event was held for the international students at the Faculty of Engineering. This event also attended by Vice Dean of Research, Community Service and Cooperation, Dr. Sugeng Sapto Surjono, S.T , M.T., Head of Research, Development, Community Services, and Publication Unit, Avrin Nur Widiastuti, S.T., M.Eng., and Head of International Affairs Unit, Dr. Indra Perdana, S.T., MT. 
At this event, international students shared their academic experience and their life experience at Yogyakarta. There also a session that discusses AUN/SEED program for its scholars. Some students also shared their experience in their study application at Japanese University. After that, the students fill the feedback form to assess the UPHI services over the year.
