BANTUL – Ada pemandangan lain di pantai baru Pandansimo Bantul. Di sepanjang garis bibir pantai, berderet tiang kincir angin yang berjumlah kurang lebih 27 buah. Kincir ini hasil karya desain mahasiswa yang diikutsertakan dalam lomba desain kincir tingkat nasional yang berlansung selama 5 hari, 27-31 Desember 2012. Karena yang dinilai kemampuan kincir dalam menghasilkan listrik maka tidak heran panitia mendirikan tenda disetiap kincir yang dimanfaatkan peserta memantau baling-baling kincir berputar selama 2x24 jam.
